BC Leap Bus came to the Corner Market on Reddyville Road on Friday, March 21.  North Butler Elementary School teachers Ms. Ginny and Ms. Jennifer were there to help the children learn, explore and play.  This mobile learning classroom is for children from birth to school age and travels throughout the community to give children all over Butler County the opportunity to explore.

The inside of the BC Leap Bus is stocked with educational games, puzzles, books, and hands-on learning materials, creating an engaging space for children to explore, play, and grow.

In 2018 with the help of many businesses in the community and many grants, The BC Leap Bus was started.  Many children have benefited from their time spent on the bus and come back each year.  You will find books, building blocks, learning games, kitchen sets, puzzles, coloring pages and more.  During COVID space was limited to only one family at a time, but now several children can play at one time.

Donna Annis, Brenden Reed, Jennifer McCombs, and Ginny Lockhart gather inside the BC Leap Bus, a mobile learning classroom dedicated to providing educational opportunities for young children throughout Butler County.

If interested in finding where the next scheduled location will be, you can look up Leap Bus-Butler County School District on Facebook and all the information will be posted there.
