Florine Devore Shockley
GLASGOW – Florine Devore Shockley, 77, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025, at TriStar Centennial Medical Center with her son Tony, and wife Tammy by her side. She was born January 14, 1948, to the late Chester “Bill” Devore and Mary Bunch Devore Estes. Florine had worked at several sewing factories in her lifetime. She retired from Sumitomo in Edmonton.
She is survived by two sons, Tony (Tammy) Shockley of Edmonton and Donovan Shockley; grandchildren, Candace Williams, William (McKenzie) Shockley, Anna (Doug) Byrant, and Cierra Shockley; great-grandchildren, Malarie Williams, Quinton, Sephiria, and Killian Konkle, Elaina, and twin Shockley babies, Conway and Kendall, Bryant twin babies, Jasper and Lula; and special friend, Julie Shepard Palmer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Funeral services for Florine Shockley will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 26, 2025, with burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 Tuesday and after 8:00 AM Wednesday here at the funeral home.
