Obituary – Rebecca Sue Park Diedrich, age 57 of Bowling Green passed away

Rebecca Sue Park Diedrich, age 57 of Bowling Green, KY, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. She was born on Friday, July 28, 1967 in Bowling Green, KY, to the late Joe W. and Guretta Sue Driver Park, whose values and love shaped her into the remarkable woman she became.

On May 28, 1988, Rebecca married the love of her life, Kurt W. Diedrich, and together they built a life filled with joy and purpose. Their union was blessed with two wonderful children, Brandon and Lindsey Diedrich both of Bowling Green, KY, who were the center of Rebecca’s world. Rebecca’s love extended to her brother, Johnny Park of Mt Juliet, TN, and her mother-in-law, Carolyn Diedrich of Huntsville, KY.

Professionally, Rebecca was a Medical Analyst for Shared Services, a career that reflected her meticulous nature and her desire to contribute to the well-being of others.

Beyond her professional life, Rebecca had a passion for the simple pleasures of life. She enjoyed a good book and joy in the tranquility of fishing. The beach was her haven, and she loved being outdoors and going to the zoo.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 2:00pm with Bro. Joe Causey officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00pm until service time at 2:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
