Larry Wayne Shaw

GLASGOW – Larry Wayne Shaw, 71, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2025, at his residence. He was the son of the late Henry Earl and Margie Gass Shaw. He was retired from Glasgow Concrete. He is a Vietnam War veteran.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Charlene Shaw; one son, Cory Shaw (Jessica); three grandchildren, Bridget Shaw, Brayden Shaw, and Braxton Shaw; great-grandson, Sterling Jones; one sister, Henrietta McMillian; father-in-law, Addus Jackson; brother-in-law, Chuck East; brother and sister-in-law, Johnny and Kathy Mayes; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Diane East.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday and after 8:00 am Tuesday until time for services.
