Harvey Odell Freeman

EDMONTON – Harvey Odell Freeman, 74, passed away Friday, August 23, 2024, at his home. Harvey was born July 20, 1950, to the late Harvey and Mary Hagan Freeman. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Rosie Freeman Ervin; sister, Mary Jean Freeman; nephew, Ricky Bennett; and brother-in-law, Gary Martin.

Harvey enjoyed being outdoors, working in his garden, fishing and making woodcrafts.

He is survived by his sister, Martha Martin of Glasgow, Kentucky; granddaughter, Kenidee Burton of Edmonton; significant other, Mary Bryant of Tompkinsville; and stepdaughter, Laura Bryant of Glasgow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Harvey Freeman will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton, KY with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday and after 8:00 AM Tuesday until time of the service.
