Debbie Jo John

AUBURN – Debbie Jo Johns, 67, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023, at the Bowling Green Medical Center. A native of Barren County she was the daughter of the late William Thomas “Bill” Furlong and Nettie Pearl Bunch Furlong.

Survivors include her significant other of many years, Johnny Murray; one daughter, Tracy Schwegel (Paul); two granddaughters, Audrey Pearl and Millie Rose Schwegel; one sister, Vicki Pennycuff (Ronnie); one niece, Rhonda Pennycuff; and two nephews, David Pennycuff and Jason Fisher.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Jennifer Shaw.

Graveside memorial services will held at 3 p.m. Monday, November 13, 2023, at Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to local animal shelter. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is assisting family with arrangements.
